Reporting and Resolving Issues
If you encounter any issues or have questions related to the TREC Data Hub, please follow the steps below to report or resolve them:
1. Preferred Method: Create a new ticket
You can report issues or request support by sending an email to the following address:gitlab-grp-bork-trec-datahub-tickets-6466-issue-|embl.
When reporting an issue:
- Clearly describe the problem or request
- Include relevant details such as error messages, steps to reproduce, or any additional context that may help us understand and resolve your issue (for example, the ID of the dataset you are trying to submit)
2. Browse Existing Issues
Before creating a new issue, please search through existing ones, including both open and closed tickets. There may already be a solution or ongoing discussion about your concern.
